How do I check the reliability of an overseas agency?

My daughter is interested in becoming an au pair in italy. I'm freaking because I don't know the agency or the people she would be working for? Please help!

Check their website, then cross check it with whatever company or government bodie regulates au pair agency's, try get on to who ever doe's that sort of thing, try to get in contact with people from the area in Italy where she will be working maybe they can help, good luck
