I get vary panicky about things and am constantly worried, either by what people think or what I should be doing. It's ruining my life, I cant calm down!I just need ways of letting go and 'chilling out' as I cant seem to do it. I used to be incredibly relaxed (probably too much so) and I miss that and can't seem to get it back.I'm quite stressed with university and moving house, but I focus more on little things like what people think of me and all that tripe.HELP!
