How do I chnage my avater pic?

I have created a new pic and saved it into my fave avater thingy but I cant seem to save it and make it change if you get me?

You Have To Have a Yahoo 360 Account.

EDIT:

*If Your Not  Wanting a AVATAR as you picture then that's what you do ; Otherwise:

Go To Edit Profile On your Yahoo Answers Profile And Where it Says Picture, go Use My Yahoo! Avatar, right under it says: Edit My Yahoo! Avatar, click it and re-do your Avatar.

sign in to yahoo and click on your picture and then you could change it

Ok, im not sure really sure where your problem is.. But here are the Steps to change your avatar!!

1. Click on Your name (or in my case, i would click on Daniel N.)

and that will show me my home page type thing.

2. Click on 'Edit My Info', which is below View my Public Profile.

3. The second column down, it will say picture, and if you are using another avatar, go ahead and click on 'Edit my Yahoo! Avatar', then u can go through the process of editing it or uploading your saved avatar

if you are uploading a new picture, you will have to change your Main Picture, Not just your avatar, But your main picture, Like your email picture i think. And once that is changed, then just click that little bubble, and upload!

i don't really understand it but I'll tell you how i changed mine..

i went to edit profile or w/e, then clicked use my avatar, and right under it, it should say change my avatar, then create a new one, and click save changes to it and it should be your default

well thats what suppose to happen when you change something you put save changes and it takes a little while to change so wait for a little and it should change.

go into your email

then click on the avitar and you will get to the site where you can change everything

did u click the button under your avatar that says save changes? You press that button and thats all there is to it.
