  1. sorry man but all these answers are stupied cuz the blade should be tall as your arm if your going for a SAI sword as for broadsword you go from your waste to your head so when you hold it down and the blade it facing you the tip of the blade should be at your neck.

  2. Yeah i go to wushulink to :]]

The perfect size for a broadsword is for it to go to the bottom of your year.

So probably get a swords thats 29-31

    good luck

  3. It depends on your size and what style of broadsword play, I'm about the same size as you and have 28" Dao, they're shorter because my main competition form is Shuangdao, I would say if you're not completely sure what works best for you, go for the shortest one, if it's too long, the speed and convenience is reduced and you perform worse, if it's too short, you lose range, but otherwise, you're fine. Avoid going above 32" in general, those are very large for your size and even if you have abnormally long arms, you'd be fine with 32" but first, go for the 29" or 30"

  4. The blade part should be as long as your arm.

  5. the biggest sword is always the bestest because it can cut through anything including armour
