  1. The Tourist Refund Scheme is for Australia http://www.customs.gov.au/site/page.cfm?... and if you are a tourist in Australia, you claim it in the Customs TRS facility when you depart Australia

    But I've not heard of a similar system when a tourist comes to the US.
