It depends on what the prize is for. If it's for food/drink...go to the nearest McDonalds and redeem it there. If it's not an edible prize that you could get from the restaurant, then follow the instructions (they usually give you instructions on how to redeem) on the packaging, or look online their website...or ask someone at McDonald's for help.
