How do I claim from Continental Airlines for wrong charges on checked baggage?

  1. You'll have to contact their customer service. You were not specific on the international destination. It's not automatically the same charge for all their international destinations. You might want to re-check their website for your specific destination you traveled to.


  2. It would have been best to handle this the same day at the airport. You can call them at: 800.932.2732, ask to speak to a manager, explain the problem. Make a point to ask for the name of every person that you speak to. If nothing happens, then write them a letter and mention the names of all of the people that failed to help you.
