How do I clean Black Panther Abec 7 Bearings?

What do I need and how do I clean them?

i have had them before! use some WD40 it cleans and helps spin better

The Quick and dirty description

Take the bearings out of the wheels and pop the shields off

Let them soak in denatured alcohol for a few hours, agitate every 15 minutes.

Take them out of the alcohol and let them dry.  Compressed air will speed this process up.

Re-lube them with a skateboard bearing lubricant like Speed cream or Tri-Flow.  Never use WD-40 it attracts dirt.

Pop the shields back on and put the bearings back in the wheels.

I recently bought me a bottle of bones speed cream from my local skate shop and that works great but if you don't have that what I did before that was take em out and get a clean rag and wet it a little then wipw them down but whatever you do don't use wd-40,it will mess them up so bad they won't work again.
