How do I clean a black stain from a PVC coated purse. ?

The dye from the black fabric straps seems to have bled/rubbed against the pvc material (on actual purse) and left black smudges.

Hmm...Have you ever tried Mr. Clean "Magic Erasers"?  They are fabulous for cleaning grout, shower's, tubs, shoe scuff marks on floors, Kitchen appliances, and just about anything that you can think of.  Give it a try.  They don't require a lot of elbow grease either, just a little water (wet the sponge and squeeze it out real good) and then try it on your purse.
