How do I clean ballpen marks from?

my leather sofa? I tried with the leather cleaning kit but it only managed to fade the stain.

hairspray, but  dont rub too hard and do a spot test first, worked on mine, but best to do when it has just happened.

Try using a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol. Test on the back or other hidden places first.

I have removed ballpoint pen marks from a white telephone using toothpaste.  Test on a very small area first.

Try a baby wipe. May have to rub it a few times but it shout take it out. Also Mr. Clean Magic eraser  but try using it on a non visible spot first. Like underneath the sofa.....
