How do I clean cooking oil spill from an lpg stove gas burner?

The oil spill did go directly into the burners holes

  1. First you must soak up as much of the oil as you can with kitchen paper towels. Chuck them out. Keep going until you have got it almost all mopped up.

    Then, using hot water into which you have squeezed a LITTLE washing up liquid, use a microfibre cloth to clean the surface, rinsing and wringing the cloth out many times. Wipe and rub clean, making sure you cover all the area.

    Then, use a surface spray to finish off, with a clean cloth or sponge.

    Make sure you rinse out any grills, nozzles and caps that are removeable properly, cleaning and drying them out well.
