How do I clean electric oven racks? Can I use Easy Off?

take the racks out of the oven and wash with warm soapy water in the sink.  to prevent future spills, put all cooking pans on another pan to catch drips.

get a couple of heavy duty garbage bags and put racks in them with a few inches of ammonia, tie bag and let sit over night (out side or in a garage) never in the house and don't breathe fumes.

then hose off and they will look brand new
