How do I clean my figurines?

I have quite a few pvc figurines on my desk. They collect dust like crazy... After a few weeks, they're always dusty...

Is there a way to clean them? Can I use water? Is there a way to keep dust off them?

Heh, I asked the same question within the hour.  I tried water but the dust keeps on them.  Unless you scrub, the dust won't come off.  Edit~ After researching online, you should use a toothbrush or a cotton swab.
