How do I clean my non-skid floor?

It is a painted floor with a gritty feel. I try to mop, but the mop sticks and doesn't get the stains. I can't use a water hose because its indoors.

Maybe a rag mop in regular liquid dish soap and hot water?

Just lightly mop with very wet mop so the fibers don't stick and pull out....

Also, might want to use some Abzorb mats from now on for protection there, too:
