How do I clean suede sofa?

Dirt stains, little one just wrote on it w/ a marker

Use a white soft cloth and dampen it with warm water and gently blot the area.

Use another white cloth to blot up the wetness.

If not, you may need to call a professional in.

I hope it wasn't permanent marker.

You either call a store that sells suede and ask them, or you call a professional leather cleaner. NEVER use any liquids on suede!
