How do I clean the instrument cover in my 2008 Honda Civic?

Hello. I have a 2008 Honda Civic with the digital speedometer on top of the dash. I had it cleaned at a carwash that used Armor All or something like it to clean the dash. On the plastic cover for the instruments there's all little dots and I cannot get out! I used windex, dish soap and scrubbed the c**p out of it! Nothing works. Any ideas? Thanks!

try rubbing alcohol, the kind you buy at the drugstore. I use it to clean my windshield and my eyeglasses.

Try a plastic polish such as Meguiar's Plast X. I assume your instruments are protected with  clear plastic. Put a little on a microfiber towel and rub it on. Go back over with the dry side of the towel and buff it off. Be gentle as the plastic scratches easily.
