How do I clean up after gym class?

I have 7 minutes before I must be in my next class, which is a good 2 minute walk from the locker room. I'm not sure I'll have enough time to shower. This is my second to last class of the day. In Jr High I used deodorant, which didn't work well. In Jr High the class was about 30 minutes shorter, so I will be more stinky after the class. I wonder what I should experiment with to shorten my cleaning up time to around 4 or 5 minute maximum.

PS - I'm a girl.

  1. I know this will sound wrong, but...

    It honestly won't matter if you don't wash after gym. The smell of fresh sweat (30 minutes -1 hour old sweat) is actually not atall smelly. It's attractive, because it is a natural body odour.  


  2. Okay, lets see, I would take a shower if you have time, but don't wash your hair, (unless you realllly need to) and then put on deoderant and alittle body spray. Don't coat it on though, cause body spray is supposed to be an airy scent. If you use perfume, then use that instead of body spray.I would also spray body spray in your gym locker, because then your clothes will soak it up also. If you dont have time to shower, then i would bring a wash cloth to school with some face wash or body wash. You can clean the parts of you that are sweaty, like your hair, face and neck. Deodorant will always help- if the one you used last time didn't work try the new secret stuff that's stronger than regular ones.  This may sound weird but baby wipes- when I was in the Army we would go to the field for weeks without a shower and I used baby wipes to freshen up.  Don't overload with body spray or perfume.  Maybe bring some lotion from bath and body works to school and rub that on after class.  

  4. maybe you should wash your body, but don't wash your hair and just pat yourself dry.

    oh and definitely get body spray if you think you're gonna smell.

  5. Well when i took gym i had this problem and here's what i did

    1. brought a small zip lock bag of baby wipes and wipe my face neck arms and middle part of my back under my neck (each with a different wipe to prevent acne (and bacne lol) about 2 minutes if i kept on task

    2. washed my arms pits with soap and water (more deo will just make it worst and so will body spray) then dry off and add new layer of deodorant

    3. wipe my "private areas" with baby wipes...yes...its very important for your feminine health

    4. Put on clean dry clothes and a light spritz of a sweet body SPRAY (perfume is overpower especially after gym- 'member them old ladies in  church lol nuff said)

    5. Put you hair up in a bun with headbands if it is to sweaty to wear down. and let it be because well people shouldn't be smell your head in the first place lol

    thats pretty much what i did and i was pretty fresh if i do say so myself lol

  6. Use one of those face wash pads to clean up your face. Then use a strong deodorant like Secret Clinical Strength and you can even take a wash cloth to gym and get it wet then wipe yourself down with it also take some body mist or perfume. Don't forget to reapply deodorant before gym class starts.

  8. no deodarant will not always helpp

    when yu put deodarent on stinky pits it just makes yu smell worse

    so i suggest yu bring a wash clothe wash yur pitss since yu say yu dnt have that much timee and then put deodarent onn so yu wont smell as bad
