How do I clear cloudy plexiglass?

My ex sprayed window cleaner on plexi-glass dashboard display on my son's car and now he cannot read his speedometer because the plexi-glass is all cloudy now. How can I clear this up?

  2. Actually you are not supposed to use anything that has ammonia ingredients on plexiglass because it does cloud it.  This includes window cleaners.  So you are just fine to point fingers at your wife. . . .
