  1. Been looking at p**n at work again?

  2. if you use mozila firefox, just press Ctrl. H and right click the history you want to clear.. that up!

  3. go to "tools"     then "internet options"   then click on deleting history, cookies, files, etc....  good luck

  4. going to "tools" then "Internet options" then click on deleting history, cookies, files, etc....is a good way but U can install some kind of UTILITY Software like System mechanic, fix it.OR the free version software that is used only clearing the history.

If u looking for something that clear all the evidence of Internet working as a hacker there is some special kind of software.

If can send U the free version;s of them 4 U.let me know if u want.

  5. In Internet Explorer: Take Tools in the menu bar>Internet Options>Clear History and Delete cookies and delete files

If you are still unsure its all gone. Then delete from the following locations.

    goto :

    C:\Documents and Settings\<your profile here>\Local Settings\History

    and

    C:\Documents and Settings\<your profile here>\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

    C:\Documents and Settings\<your profile>\Local Settings\Temp

Easier solution: Insall System Mechanic 7 and use clear internet history and click

    !Q$@$#@$!

    Done

NB:- Occasionaly goto C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch and delete whatever you can

  6. To clear the history click on Tools and then Internet Options. Under General click Clear History. You will also need to clear or disable Auto Complete. This saves all previous searches in your search bar. Here's how to fix the problem:

For Internet Explorer: Click on Tools. Then Internet Options. Click on Content and then Auto Complete. Then click on Clear Forms. This will erase your search history. If you don't want things showing up again in your search history then deselect the Auto Complete options at the top. Be sure to select apply or ok at the bottom.

  7. You go to tools, internet options and i think its privacy or something because you click on the options such as delete cookies and caches and browsing history, i'm assuming your using mozilla firefox
