  1. well if you are using internet explorer, go to tools>internet options>content>autocomplete

then turn off anything you dont want to be "autocompleted" or saved.

  2. Highlight them individually and hit the "delete" button.

  3. for firefox:

    options > clear private data

    for IE:

tools > internet options > delete temporary internet files

    or

when it pops out hover it and delete (keyboard)

  4. **Removal of items on your search bar**

On the right side of the bar before you get to the web search button click on the bar (you may have to click it a few times) will open a drop down box that will bring you at the front of items you searched for.

Place your mouse pointer over the first item and you will see it highlight. Do not click the item just leave your mouse where it is and hit the delete button on your keyboard. The item will vanish and the next will take its place and become highlighted. Just keep hitting the delete button and watch them go away.

This will work for any browser.

    **Disable search history**

If you want to disable the function then go to tools and choose internet options and under the content tab click auto complete a small box will pop up uncheck the forms section click ok and you should be set.

  5. You could also click on it and hit delete.
