How do I clear yahoo search suggestions that drop down in search bar..IM SO TICKED!!!!!?

I have vista and i cant delete search suggestions--I have tried everything, content /auto complete, delete, shift/delete, delete forms, i have tried everything and am getting really pissed--can anyone really help..i have looked at other answers people have written and none work for my system.. there are no parental controls or anything on this system--its new..somebody please help --thanks

There is no way to stop the bookmarks from popping up so far. Open inet options in the control panel and hit the clear history tab. In content open auto complete and disable web addresses. That will stop history from accumulating in the drop down again. Toolbars clear separately.
