How do I color an anime drawing in Photoshop?

Question

I have Adobe Photoshop CS, and a Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet. What tools do I use? Do I even need a tablet? Thanks XD

it would be better with use of tablet over using mouse, and photoshop will do for now,

~you can make selections within line, and fill with bucket or gradients, try to use separate layers for each color,

~you can use the pen tool to draw detailed lines and convert to selection or path, and apply color,

~you can use airbrush with options and pressure setting to paint and blend,

~ you can mask layers to edit within regions selected, and note with layers and masking some effects could conflict with results, so practice with and without layers options,
