How do I combine pictures into one picture??

I am trying to make a back ground for my knew youtube acount, and I want to make it have a bunch of little pictures in the whole back ground but I have no idea how to do it.

please help if you know how.

ew, don't use paint! use this free program like photoshop. It's called photofiltre, and it's amazing! you can blend all the pictures together for your background, and there a ton of tutorials online for it. download it at http://photofiltre.en.softonic.com/
