  1. Join a team first and join a team that does a lot of traveling and playing in different places. You have to play everywhere to be the best. You also have to train excessively and with confidence.

  2. Go to www.usavolleyball.org and look for the link to the "High Performance Program". This will give you the info you are looking for.

  3. ........................................... you know what the Olympics are?  You think you can just walk up and register to play in the Olympics?!?!?!?!?!?!?!  No!!!!  You have to be an experienced player who qualifies for the national team, usually after playing high school and college, and often times professional.  Then the team has to qualify at an international FIVB (Federale Internationale de Volibol, International Federation of Volleyball) event.

For beach, you have to qualify for the FIVB, usually by playing pros in your country, then finishing top two in your country in terms of qualification.

Do you honestly think you can just sign up for the Olymppics, or is this a joke.  How old are you?

  4. got to be the best and beat the best
