How do I complain about incompetence of my natwest branch?

After going into my local branch 16th May and completing required information re status report for future landlord. My branch has 'lost' paperwork. Then refused landlords request even though they have the fact that permission was given on their computers. I was/am due to move in 4 days time. Due to their incompetence, myself, husband and dog could be homeless from monday. Who can I complain to? I have spent since last friday basically on the phone and sat in the bank but they still havent sorted this.
