Question:

How do I complaint about unfair pricing in a store?

I just bought a washer and dryer from a Sears outlet where they advertised the product at good discounts due to damage to the items. After buying I went to a normal Sears and found I could get a brand new one in a box for the same price. Who do I complain to and how?

  1. You're stuck. The time to do research is before, not after. They can make up all kinds of reasons why their price is not lower than the current retail price.

  2. Complain to the Sears manager and to the Better Business Bureau.

  3. first you have to find out if it was a dealer store where you got it. if it was there isnt much you can do about it. they set their own prices. they just pay to use the sears name and sell sears exclusive products. im a sears employee and we have a dealer store not to far from where we are located and people are always coming in with the same problem.
