How do I compose a petition on dangerous parking?

How would I start? No I'm not being nasty it's just that elderly people who are waiting at the bus stop cannot see the bus when it is coming and the bus driver cannot see them. The bus only runs every hour, so that means they may not go out that day. Why I say dangerous, is because it is a very narrow road and cars and large lorries park on both sides.the pedestrians cannot see what is coming either.

Those are legal documents. Do a search on it first. You need to know how many signatures you need for it to work too and who to submit it to.

After compiling a few subsequent pages of information, you should have no trouble 'composing' yer petition!

Is a case of cars parking dangerously but legally?

Why not go and see your local council and police to discuss the situation. Taking some pictures to show them would help to prove your case. If the cars are being parked illegally, then the police can enforce the law to prevent them.  Or maybe some double or single yellow lines.

Have you spoken to the bus company? If the bus driver cannot see the waiting passengers, maybe they could move the bus stop. It could be an easier and possibly quicker way to get results.

I would go to the court house and the police department first and see if they could check out this situation for you and let then run the figures and come up with a solution.
