I updated Windows about a week ago and when I did I was not able to access the internet. I contacted my service provider (I live in a VERY small town and the only high speed we have is the one the town provides) and he walked me through manually entering the DNS, IP address and Proxy Server address. All are on port 80 which from what I've researched is what you need to access the internet (http, etc). The problem is, I can't watch youtube videos (it says for every video "Sorry, the video is no longer available") or even log onto youtube. I also can't upload videos to myspace or play any games on yahoo. I know youtube uses a DNP port to watch their videos but other than that I'm clueless with all this stuff. I already uninstalled and reinstalled Java and flash. I've contacted my ISP again and they tell me its a problem with Windows XP not their network. I'm not so sure about that, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
