How do I confront someone easily in an argument?

there's a girl at my school who is really B*tchy. How do confront her?

You need to think of a scenario that may happen between the two of you and play it out - then practice it again and again so you know exactly what to say and how to say it.  This way you will not become tongue tied and look unsure of yourself.  You need to put her in her place and you will know the right time to confront her - just make sure you have the right words when you say them.  Words are very effective.
