How do I connect m iPod touch to the internets?

I have a wireless Net gear DG834G router and on my Ipod it has the three bar thing to show its connected (on the status bar at the top) but when I try the internet it wont even connect and says its not connected.

Turn off your WiFi then turn off the ipod completely. Turn it back on and try again. a have a similar problem.Sometimes I unplug the router for 10 seconds then try again.

To connect to your router yo need to tap settings then tap WiFi the tap the name of your wireless router.
