How do I contact 360 share pro (music download) site?

Question

I have tried to log on to 360 share pro but have forgotten the e-mail address I signed up with, I have my password but there is no assistance if you have forgotten your e-mail address. I cannot find any contact details for them at all either e mail addressed or tel no's.

Can anyone out there help please .............?

I am in the same situation as you except I know my email address and it is not working!!!  My old computer crashed and when I tried to download Sharepro the next day (new computer), it did not work.   I have tried to get a hold of someone and can not and the site no longet accepts my email address (and I purchased a lifetime plan)!  Good luck!!

I am a member of the same music download site friend.. I have just tried on your behalf to get an contact email or telephone number you can use to find out the email information they are stuck on you having to have to even get into the site, to absolutely no avail.. that is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!

It just goes around in a never ending circle of taking you back to one page with three contact links which don't take you to an email address or a link to send an email or send a tech report to them!

Have you tried contacting them when you are online using the Sharepro software to download music? Perhaps you could get in a backdoor there but I wouldn't count on it..

If I were you I would just systematically start trying each  email address you have ever used.. You have your password and if you are sure it is correct.. then that would seem to be the only option left open to you I am afraid.
