How do I contact Yahoo about Member Search being down?

I have been trying to use Member Search for a couple of weeks and I continually get zero finds, even for the simplist searches that should yeald 100s of people. I have seen old questions that imply the search feature goes down frequently. I cannot find a link directly to Yahoo.
