How do I contact Yahoo! about a problem with my group?

I was e-mailed about a TOS violation in my group. I want to contact Yahoo! for more information, but the e-mail says to use the on-line form in the help section. I cannot find this form in the help section. Where can I contact Yahoo! about my group?
