How do I contact Yahoo to report a fault?There are no 'contact us' links on any pages!?

Trying to update portfolios in the Finance zone, keep on being prompted for my password, which I very carefully enter correctly, it then comes back either with another prompt to enter the password, or with a blank portfolio entry screen.

Started happening yesterday, and I assumed they were doing maintenance, but the same today, and I cannot report/talk to anyone at yahoo to sort it! GGGGRRRRRRRR!!!!

  1. By update do you mean edit?  My portfolios are showing as they should.

    Do you have more than one Yahoo! ID? (You can only log into one ID at any given time, if your Yahoo! Finance ID is different from the one you're using here, could that be an issue?)

    Try logging into your account on the main Yahoo! page, then going to finance and selecting your portfolio from the My Portfolios tab and see if that works.  Otherwise, I don't know what to tell you - unless you're using a paid account, you're going to have to be patient until you figure out what's up.
