How do I contact a group owner or moderater if I'm not a member yet (pending membership).?

Take a look at the activity under the site.  It will show posts for the past.  If there isn't much going on you're best to find another group.

at the bottom of the group is the default owner address, sending mail to that address, all moderators and owners will get it. if you don't get a reply or approved, it could be the owner is on vaction or something of the sort, or MIA and it's a dead group
