I live in Greece now. I need a replacement driving licence but DVLA have told me I can't have one unless I am resident in the UK. I need to obtain one from the Greek authorities. I don't know how to do this.

  1. I suggest you get in touch with the British embassy.

It can be a problem because they may need a police report that it was stolen/lost, so ask them.
