If he is an economic immigrant and not dangerous for your country then plz donot do this. He is already suffering in punishment while living illegaly in your country and i am sure he will be deprived of all kind of facilities.

Call me a liberal, but I think this is none of your business.  

Unless that person is a danger to the community, committing reprehensible acts, endangering a child, trafficking in illegal substances, or known criminal, then you absolutely must report it to the authorities.  However, if you are to sneak around and try to find out if that person is an illegal immigrant, then I think that is out of line.

Contact ICE via their website or on their Hotline (phone number given on their website and in the phone book).  

You can also contact the regional processing center. for example, if you know someone has filed a false or fraudulent application which is being processed.  Their phone numbers and the areas each one covers is also on the ICE and immigration websites.

Give ICE as much info as possible, and tell them how you know it and where/how to document what you are telling them.  The more info you can provide, the faster and easier you make it for them to catch and deport the lawbreaker(s).

If you know that an illegal alien is collecting welfare, WIC, food stamps, Medicaid, etc., contact the Fraud Unit (there's usually a Hotline) for the state's welfare or social services dept.  Report things such as their baby is not really a US citizen, but is a case of child-identity theft.  Or the husband really lives with the mother & child and works.  Or they just bought a brand new SUV (give them the make/model/color & license plate #, the VIN if you can get it, how it was registered, and where is is often/usually parked, etc.)  Or they have an illegal cash biz on the side such as fencing stolen goods, smuggling, drug dealing, c**k fighting, etc.

Report them to IRS if they are being paid in cash under the table or committing other forms of tax evasion, tax fraud.
