How does someone become a superdelegate?

Super delegates are generally govenors, represenatives, senators, and big figures of the party such as former presidents. The party selects them, and to be one you would need to be somebody of influence and significance to the party.

to contact them, you must first find out who the superdelegates are for your state, likely a democratic senator/represenative, and you should be able to find information to mail/call/email them from their website.
