How do I contact yahoo?

I have been trying to contact yahoo for two days and also my bank has been trying to contact them. I have spent over two hours on hold waiting for someone to answer. Friday I spent1 hour and ten minutes and today I have spent over 1 hour and thirty minutes. My bank has called them four times and they said they had to hang up after 20 minutes. They made a mistake on my bank account and they seem to be too irresponsible to get it corrected. When I write they say I have to call, but when I call no one answers the phone. I have called the corporate Yahoo phone number and they seem to also be very irresponsible. Why dosen't yahoo have better customer service. Does anyone have a phone number for yahoo that works. Not a very good company to do business with.

I regret I do not have a contact for you. Your description of Yahoos' lack of customer service is well known. I have yet to receive a response from them on the occassions I have addressed a problem with them.

I suggest you see if you can find any information about Yahoo through the Better Business Bureau (California region). Also, perhaps one or more of your local TV stations offer some consumer problem help. If they do, present your problem and if they agree you have a problem then they will pursue your matter on your behalf.
