most likely you're not gonna get an erection with all the activity going on around.  Nervousness.

If you should the doctor is use to it and will deal with the situation properly.

I don't know how to help you, but I am a Thai Massage Therapist and sometimes during a massage the men get erections ..... I just ignore it, and try to give them the space to work with it themselves .......

It is part of life ..... and it is one of the times I am grateful I am a girl! I don't have something so obvious attached to me that has a mind of its own. lol

And just to let you know, it is taught in the classes .... what to do if a guy gets and erection, and that it is not usually personal ..... and what to do if a guy starts to make the move ...... it is all part of the job.

the best thing to do is "pinch the head". classic advice. i usually try to (subtly) slip it around so that it is laying flat against my belly, being pinched by my wasteband. the blood can drain Down, and the head is pinched....

Happens to me too... I had a circumcision at a late age (13) so I became use to it for a year and half. Just let go. Dont be embarrassed unless they start doing something inappropriate. Then you report them...

this is 100% normal. almost every guy gets it. you can't control it, be glad that you do get one, its a common reaction and if you didn't the dr. would do more tests to find out why
