How do I control my sleeping?

I dont get tired until around 4 or 5 a.m. and I want to go to sleep at 9:00 p.m. because I have to go to school next month.

  1. Alarm clock on your cell phone or something, thats what i did for many many years at school :)


  2. have an alarm clock...it really helps.

  3. the best thing is,eat your vitamins at night and drink milk.
