  1. I start by soaping and rinsing, common dish soap in a liquid fertilizer hose bottle. if that doesn't cut it then I'll go spend the money on lady bugs at the local nursery like the above answer says. If you find that still hasn't curbed the problem my next step is good dusting with diatomaceous earth. last and most desperate move is using a strong pesticide like orthene. I hate it but only use it as my absolute last resort. I work at a wholesale nursery but this is how I do it at home.

  2. If you want to do it naturally, try ordering some ladybugs, they will do  number on them. Organic gardening websites should have sources you can try to get them. I had forgotten about the DE, but that's a very good idea, it takes a bit longer to work, but it will kill them. As an added bonus, it will add needed calcium and minerals to your garden.

  3. get a regular spray bottle and put cold water in it then get that powder soap for the laundry to clean your cloths, put about  half a hand full in there, and put the lid and just shake it around for a few 20 seconds or until you feel it has been completely mixed with the water, the spray your plants with it, top and bottom of leaves, especially on under side or leaves, and spray to all your plants that need it, no harm will be caused to your plants or you, i do and it does work, but do it like twice a month,
