How do I convert A Word Perfect document to MS Word?

I've tried saving and opening in Word Pad - this worked the other way round, but made no difference.

Two ways.

1.  If you have MS Word (Office) it has a built-in conversion from Word Perfect.

Just open Word then go to File>open and choose the Word Perfect document you wish to open. It will open. Then you can save it as a Word document.

2. If you are using Word Perfect and wish to save a document in the Word format. Simply do a save as and from the drop down file type menu (near bottom of box) choose MS Word 97/2000/2002/2003 for Windows   then click save.  It will automatically save it in the Word format.
