How do I convert IFO files to mpg or wmv or any highly compatible file?

I am trying to convert files from my canon dc210 camera from the disc. I have tried isobuster and some other stuff but when i try to convert it says invalid IFO, what do i do? all im trying to do is get video from my camera to the computer. I cant even extract the files.

  1. Get the free software FLASKMPEG. With it you put your finalized dvd into your dvd drive on your computer and the software will automatically open the correct file and allow you to convert to an .avi file. Make sure you choose all the correct parameters for it. To write a dvd, the saved file must be 720 x 480. An the quality must be 7mb/s for bitrate. Use a compression codec (most computers already have them) otherwise an uncompressed video file will be enormous.
