  1. I believe pdfEdit995 will extract images from PDF files.  You probably need to download install pdf995, the free postscript converter, pdfEdit995 and Signature995.  Those are shareware programs (no charge if you don't mind the popups).  http://www.pdf995.com/

    pdf995 itself sets up like a printer to create PDF files by printing to it.  pdfEdit can combine or anotate pdf files or extract images.


  2. perhaps print screen the page by pressing the key button and then pasting the image into a program and crop it. :D

  3. I think you'll be able to get a good snapshot of the image if you use Faststone Capture version 5.3 and then press Ctrl + PrintScreen to bring up the manual capture tool.

    I get images from videos I've paused this way so a PDF should be very easy.
