  1. You need either Adobe Acrobat (Writer) or some other programs that converts documents to PDF. You may also try online service such as:

    http://www.pdfonline.com/

  2. Instead of converting the file to pdf, simply make it rich format, or plain wordpad/txt file or HTML via MS office (word)

  3. For that u have to have word to pdf converter then only u can do that ,u can download that from the web or i have that soft if u want u give ur mail add then i can send it to u bz iam in srilanka ,u?

  4. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai...

above is the link for an add-on for MS Word 07, which will save your document as PDF.

Otherwise, there are online sites that will convert it for you.  The Adobe program that converts files is way too expensive for a one time use.

For earlier versions of Word, I'm not so sure.

  5. File converters can convert a Word document to a PDF file and vice versa.

    try these links:

    http://www.expresspdf.com/ConvertWordToP...

    http://www.fastpdf.com/

    http://www.doc2pdf.net/converter/

    http://www.word-to-pdf.com/

  6. If it prints out on a printer exactly as you see it on your computer you could just get CutePDF or Foxit. The PDF printer comes with Foxit and CutePDF Writer is a PDF printer. What happens is that you choose to print to those virtual PDF printers and then it brings up a Save dialog so you can save the PDF to a specific location. Send the resulting PDF file. :-)

These are both free, BTW. I use the PDF printer all the time in Linux for my business. I used them in Windows the same way.

  7. To convert the document to PDF, you'll need the full Adobe Acrobat. The reader is just that: a reader. It does not make PDF files, it just lets you look at them. Of course, there are many freeware pdf document makers available; they just aren't as good as the real deal. Check this site, it contains a lot of good, virus-free software. I'm sure you'll find a free PDF maker there:

    www.download.com

Once you've got the PDF maker, read the "readme" file to see how to use it and convert various documents to PDF. Good luck!
