How do I convert an window air conditioner motor into fan?

I've got the motor and the blades.. and about 6 wires coming out of it.

A window type air conditioner consists of  fan  and compressor motors. To make it function like a fan only, pull out the wires that goes to the compressor motor terminals and insulate them. The wires are usually with terminal clips. Then switch your air con to fan only, either high or low fan.

i dont understand what you are asking for. i cant guarantee  anything about my advise because you havent told me anything about the motor. if you can supply a pic i can tell you more than you want to know.

if the motor has two lumps on it than i can tell you what the wires are. two go to the motor, 2 for a power correction cap and two for a starting cap. take one wire from each thing and twist them together. twist the tree remaining wire together. hook one bundle of twisted wires to hot the othr bunch of wires to neutral. as long as ONE wire from each component goes to hot and ONE wire from each component goes to neutral, it does not matter where each wire goes. find some kind of cover to keep your fingers out of the metal blade. if you dont, you will regret it one day. i know i did.
