How do I convert digital video to VHS?

Major problem. I need to convert digital video to VHS. I am shooting on my standard camera, which records in .mov format. But I will have to edit the video on Windows Movie Maker.

I need to somehow get the Movie Maker video file to VHS format -- and QUICKLY (and here's the kicker...wait for it...I don't have a VCR!) Can someone please give me some advice:

1. If I CAN get my hands on a VCR, how do I convert the movie maker file to VHS?

2. If I can't get my hands on a VCR, is there someone/some type of business that I can take the file to to have this done?

try "youconvertit" http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=youconv... , it converts many formats, and no need to install anything. and it's free. if you wish, it can send files only with no conversion.
