How do I convert downloaded Real Player videos to my Itunes?

I 've downloaded some videos and tv shows from the internet with real player. How do I make it play in the tv shows/ movies ection on my itunes. Thank you

Open real player highlight all the vids u want on itunes right click and click copy then open my documents open my videos then right click and click paste then open itunes and go under file and click import music to library (or something like that) then go under my videos and open all the files
