How do I convert my unofficial transcript into a PDF document that I can upload to an employer? ?

I'm applying for new jobs, and my university refuses to send a copy of my official transcript to the employer, but the employer says it's acceptable to send an unofficial copy through PDF format. I'm guessing it would have to be scanned first(?) but I have no scanner. Is there another way? The employer insists that faxing should be avoided unless it is a very last resort.

You would have to scan a copy of the original and then convert it to PDF format.  To do this, you would have to have the full Adode program.  The reader version available on the web won't allow you to do this.

Another option would be to have your university email you a copy in PDF format.  Most places will do this if you request it.
